Positive: The facilities were excellent.

Negative: Undisclosed additional charges - there is an additional daily fee to use the air conditioning and a daily tariff. Both were not advertised on Booking.com. We had a confirmed booking for 5 nights but upon arrival, were told that they had booked us for 2 nights in one apartment and 3 nights in another. This meant packing everything up and being in limbo between the 10am checkout time and the 3pm when the new room was cleaned. This was very irritating!
